• Reasonable in value and frequency
• Not given to influence business decisions
• Properly documented and approved
• Compliant with local laws and regulations

5. Reporting Violations

Any suspected bribery or corruption must be reported immediately through our internal reporting channels. We provide protection for anyone who reports concerns in good faith.

6. Consequences of Violations

Any employee found to have violated this policy will face disciplinary action, up to and including termination. Third parties who violate this policy may have their contracts terminated.
